These are the rates which we shall charge you if you require our technical help.

A day

A full day of a ProVu technical team member, booked in advance. Nominally 7 hours.

£650

Half day

A half day of a ProVu technical team member, booked in advance, nominally 3.5 hours.

£350

Ad Hoc

On demand help.

£25 per 15 minutes.

Extra's

  • Out of hours
    Work outside normal office hours, including weekends - + 25% and minimum charge is £100.
  • Unsocialable hours
    Work between 2300h and 0700h - double standard rate and minimum charge £500.
  • On holiday hours
    Use of a ProVu member of staff on while they are on leave. double standard rate.

ProTalk Training Courses for Resellers

ProVu also offer a range of training courses for resellers and end users. The courses are tailored to the needs of each particular reseller depending on the level of knowledge and expertise within the group.
