General Usage
Q: How do I perform a call transfer on a Yealink phone?
A:
- Answer call.
- Press TRANS- ext call (caller hears hold music).
- Phone number- dial number, it will auto-dial after a couple of seconds.
- Can select between the two calls using the Line 1 and Line 2 keys.
- Press TRANS button to connect the 2 lines.
- If the person you are transferring to rejects the transfer, press the MENU button to return to the original call.
